The Mitsubishi Electric AY wall-mounted air conditioner provides effective air purification in the room. As standard, it is equipped with a V-blocking filter, which, thanks to an antiviral substance, inhibits the development of viruses, thus eliminating 99% of impurities. The filter is equipped with a layer with non-woven fabric and an electrostatic insert, which allows for the effective capture of small particles from the air. Additionally, silver ions contained in the coating ensure effectiveness in removing odors, bacteria and allergens. It is worth emphasizing that washing the filter does not affect the deterioration of its effectiveness.
Additionally, the MSZ-AY wall-mounted air conditioner can be equipped with a Plasma-Quad-Connect filter, which is responsible for the effective elimination of 6 types of pollutants, including viruses, bacteria, allergens, moulds and PM 2,5 dust.
In addition, the wall unit has a self-cleaning function. Its task is to dry the interior of the air conditioner, which eliminates the problem of mold growth and unpleasant odors. This way, there is no need to clean the air conditioner yourself often.
