Bearing in mind the care for the comfort of customers, we could not omit recuperation in our offer - that is, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. This system has a significant impact on the well-being and health of users - it ensures a constant supply of fresh air, which is necessary in the case of rooms with a significant number of people. What is recuperation?
Recuperation is a mechanical exhaust and supply ventilation system with heat recovery. Fresh, cold air is drawn in from the outside of the building and then heated in a paper cross-flow heat exchanger, recovering the energy contained in the used exhaust air from the room. In summer, when the indoor air is cooler than the outdoor air, the opposite is true. The recuperator recovers heat from the removed air, thanks to which warmer air is supplied to the rooms than immediately after opening the window. The entire process is almost silent and uses minimal energy.

Plenum boxes
These are the elements of the Smart-Flex system responsible for the expansion of the supply air, as a result of which it lowers its speed by flowing through the diffusers. They are made of hot-dip galvanized sheet of the highest quality and lined with an insulating mat with antifungal and antistatic properties, which prevents the multiplication of microorganisms in the system. We use Smart-Flex plenum boxes with a round and flat cross-section, adapted to all dimensions of Smart-Flex ventilation ducts. Depending on the needs in terms of recuperation efficiency, the boxes are equipped with 1 to 3 connectors and 1 connector for the ventilation valve. We install angular or straight expansion boxes.
