3. The current waiting time for an appointment is 2-3 weeks. This time is shorter in winter.
4. We accept functional devices for service. In the case of faulty devices, we make a fault diagnosis for PLN 350 net for the first hour of the service technician's work. Each subsequent hour costs PLN 200 net.
5. If the device was not purchased in our showroom and is under warranty, please contact us pass this information in an email. At the same time, we note that above procedure applies only to the service, while if a possible failure is detected, the repair will be carried out on the basis of a separate order based on the calculation of repair costs approved by the ordering party.
6. We perform repairs at our customers throughout the year, while all repair work on devices that we have not installed, we carry out from September to April.
