Who is the Personal Data Administrator?

Has the Data Protection Officer been appointed?
The protection of processed personal data is extremely important to us. That is why we have appointed a Data Protection Officer, in the person of Mr. Ryszard Chmurski, with whom you have the right to contact on the subject of personal data protection by e-mail: Ochronydatnych@clima.com.pl or by traditional form by sending correspondence to the following address:

Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data
Personal data is processed in connection with the ongoing recruitment procedure or in the case of expressing a separate consent also in connection with future recruitment procedures and in connection with the preservation of necessary information in connection with defense against or pursuing claims resulting from the choice made (legally justified interest of the Administrator).
We process personal data for the purposes of:
- selecting a candidate for a specific job position, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) and c) "Regulation";
- conducting analyzes and statistics, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) "Regulation";
- establishing, defending and pursuing claims, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) "Regulation";
- the Administrator's legitimate interest (e.g. in terms of the image registered by the monitoring system installed in the Administrator's office) in accordance with art.
6 sec. 1 lit. f) "Regulation"; - responding to letters, requests and complaints, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) "Regulation".
Data processing is based on:
- expressed consent, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) "Regulation";
- legal obligation, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) "Regulation";
- legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) "Regulation".
Voluntary or obligation to provide personal data?
In a situation where the processing of personal data results from applicable law (Article 6(1)(c), providing data is voluntary, but necessary to consider the submitted application documents. In the event of failure to provide the indicated personal data, we have the right not to consider the submitted application in the recruitment process.
In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent granted
for a specific purpose, the provision of data is voluntary as well as consent. Please also remember that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
How long do we process personal data?
- In the case of recruitment - they will be processed for a period not longer than 3 months,
and in the event of your consent to the processing of data for the purposes future recruitments for up to 24 months; - In terms of image - we process for a period of up to 30 days, subject to the extension of the period of their processing in the event of securing the recording for the purposes of the ongoing explanatory proceedings from the event recorded by the video monitoring system, but only if the image was recorded by our monitoring system.
Do we share personal data and with whom?
Personal data may only be disclosed when:
- recipients are other entities providing services to Clima Polska Sp. z o. o. only within the scope of the service provided in accordance with the concluded contract,
- recipients are other entities in the scope of:
- striving to meet the requirements of applicable law, regulations, legal processes or legally binding requests of state institutions,
- to detect and prevent fraud and to resolve other fraud, security and technical issues,
- protection of property rights or security of the Personal Data Administrator and other persons in a manner required or permitted by law.
We do not intend to transfer personal data to the so-called third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area including the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland). However, if the need arises, we can do so by ensuring an appropriate level of protection and applying appropriate legal provisions.
Do you have rights in connection with the processing of your personal data?
Yes, each person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to:
- the right to information about the processing of personal data – on this basis, we will provide information about data processing, including, above all, about the purposes
and legal grounds for processing, the scope of data held, entities to which they are disclosed and the planned date of data removal; - the right to obtain a copy of the data – on this basis, we will provide a copy of the processed data concerning your person;
- the right to rectification – on this basis, you have the right to request rectification of the processed data;
- the right to delete data (right to be forgotten) - on this basis, you can request the deletion of data, the processing of which is no longer necessary to achieve any of the purposes for which they were collected;
- the right to limit processing - on this basis, you can request the cessation of operations on personal data - with the exception of operations to which consent has been given - and their storage, in accordance with the adopted retention rules or until the reasons for limiting data processing cease to exist (e.g. a decision of the supervisory authority is issued allowing for further data processing);
- the right to data portability - on this basis - to the extent that the data is processed only for the purpose of performing the contract or based on consent
in an automated manner - you can request the release of personal data saved
in a machine-readable format. It is also possible to request that these data be sent to another entity - provided, however, that there are technical possibilities in this respect both on the part of the Administrator and that other entity; - the right to object to other data processing purposes - On this basis
at any time, you can object to the processing of personal data that takes place on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (e.g. for analytical or statistical purposes or marketing of own products or services), the objection in this respect should include a justification; - the right to withdraw consent – on this basis, only when personal data is processed on the basis of consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the consent is withdrawn;
- right to complain - on this basis, if you find that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the "Regulation" or other provisions regarding the protection of personal data, you can submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Is the data subject to automated processing?
No, we currently do not process data in an automated manner, and personal data is not subject to profiling that produces legal effects or significantly affects you.
What personal data can we process?
We collect and process the following range of data:
- personal data (e.g. name and surname, date of birth);
- contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address);
- image data (e.g. photo);
- communication data (e.g. data resulting from correspondence);
- personal data (e.g. education, work experience, skills).
Where do we obtain personal data from?
We obtain personal data mainly from the data subject (this means from you).
