What security measures are we taking to maintain the highest level of coronavirus prevention?

The coronavirus pandemic meant that enterprises had to reorganize their current way of functioning in order to ensure the safety of their customers and employees. At Clima Polska, we have always applied the highest standards of occupational health and safety, but now we have doubled our efforts.

Installation and service of air conditioning and coronavirus - how do we care about customer safety?

Assembly and air conditioning service are the main pillars of our business. However, these activities cannot be performed remotely. Therefore, wherever we perform an order – whether in a client's office or in their home – we make every effort to ensure the highest level of security. Our installers and service technicians:

•       keep safe distance from the interlocutor and among themselves,
•       work in disposable gloveswhich they put on before commencing work, and throw them into a waste bag after their completion,
•       assume disposable masks for the nose and mouth - these are medical products with the necessary approvals,
•       they wash and disinfect their hands in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector - soapy water for at least 30 seconds or an agent with a minimum of 60% of alcohol.

What is important, we plan all assembly and service works in such a way that they can be carried out in safe, not threatening the client way. We also adjust the hours of visits to the individual needs of the client.

Special rules for the operation of our office and showrooms

Maintaining the highest safety standards applies not only to our installers and service technicians, but also to employees serving customers. Our salons remain open, so we make every effort to ensure that visits to them are safe. Customers and contractors visiting us have access to disinfectant dispensersand the staff wear masks and disinfect their hands.

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, our office workers:

•       work in shifts
•       keep the required spacing,
•       often wash and disinfect their hands,
•       disinfect work objects - not only desks and counters, but also light switches, door handles, handrails, telephones, keyboards or computer mice,
•       They take their temperature daily with a non-contact thermometer.

At Clima Polska, we provide access to personal protective equipment - disinfectants, masks and gloves, and we educate our employees not to touch the face with their hands and to observe cough and sneezing hygiene. What's more, we make sure that common areas and frequently used areas are systematically and carefully cleaned and disinfected. In the event of alarming symptoms, we isolate the employee.

We monitor the situation on an ongoing basis and adapt to changes. We also care about the efficient flow of information, thanks to which our crew knows perfectly well how to deal with new circumstances.
